This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Barns Courtney, located at Los, Angeles, CA.

 

 

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

 

 

Open to legal residents of United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

 

 

 

 

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

 

 

The Sweepstakes begins on 03/22/2026 and ends on 05/15/2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within this time.

 

 

 

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

 

 

 

A. Purchase Entry

 

 

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants will receive entries based on purchases made at: Barnscourtneyvintage.com

 

Entry structure:

 

1 purchase  = 1 entry

Entries are automatically recorded at time of purchase.

 

 

 

 

B. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

 

 

To enter without making a purchase, participants may:

Each valid AMOE submission will receive 1 entry

5. ENTRY LIMITS

 

 

Maximum of 100 entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

 

 

 

 

6. PRIZE

 

 

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) 2014 Gibson Hummingbird acoustic guitar used on tour by Barns Courtney

 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000.00

 

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

 

 

 

7. WINNER SELECTION

 

 

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 05/15/2026 from all eligible entries received.

 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

 

 

 

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

 

 

Winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of selection.

 

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

 

 

 

9. SHIPPING + DELIVERY

 

 

Prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within 60 days of confirmation.

10. TAXES

 

 

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

 

If required by law, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 for prizes valued over $600 (U.S. residents).

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

 

 

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 

 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

15. WINNER LIST
